Student selection process

Because of many factors having a direct influence on your flight training performace and for your own protection, we must make sure that you are not making a wrong investment in your career choice. We must also make sure that you will be able to comply with our strict safety standards and complete the flight-training program within the allocated time. That is why we require that all of our students undergo a set of enrollment tests which will give us a strong indication wheather you are cut-out to be a professional pilot or not. These tests will check your health in accordance with the DGCA class-1 medical requirements, test your coordination, multi-tasking ability, information processing ability, logical thinking, IQ and general psycological profile. We will also administer an English exam to determine your level of reading, listening and comprehension.

Please note: these tests are industry-standard tests and required from all the professional aviation students in ALL professional flight training academies in Indonesia and around the World.

Your enrollment process will consist of the following stages:

	Submit Enrollment Form The enrollment form is available for immediate download from our site. Please follow instructions here
	Pass TOEIC English Test LIFT will register you for TOEIC. You can then make an appointment to take the test. Applicant must achieve a minimum score of 500.
	Submit enrollment fee Only applicants with a passing TOEIC result will pay the enrollment fee direct to LIFT. Bank details are provided on the enrollment form.
	Pass DGCA Class-I medical examination This will be arranged for you Jakarta-DGCA medical center. Approx time 5 hours.
	Pass Aptitude Test This test will be administered in our Jakarta Office and take 2 hour.
	Submit 1st course payment Applicants having passed all entry requirements will be reqjuired to make 1st course payment before Certificate of Enrollment can be issued.
	Certificate of Enrollment Congratulations! You are now ready to commence your pilot course with Lombok Institute of Flight Technology.

2	Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, use a link below to open enrollment application form. (Your browser must have "pop-up" permission enabled. If you're using "Safari" browser, you may need to download and save this application form first) Setelah program Adobe Acrobat Reader telah terinstal pada komputer anda silahkan link berikut untuk membuka formulir registrasi berikut. Anda harus memiliki "pop-up" ijin untuk membuka browser. Jika anda menggunakan "Safari" program untuk membuka browsing web, anda dibutuhkan untuk menginstal dan menyimpan formulir pendaftaran tersebut terlebih dahulu)
3	Complete application form by filling out required information. Lengkapi formulir pendaftaran berikut dengan memberikan informasi-informasi yang di butuhkan
4	After completion, save enrollment application form to your PC. (Do not click "Submit Form" as this protocol may not work with some email clients). Setelah lengkap, simpan formulir registrasi berikut dalam komputer anda. (Jangan mengklik "Submit Form" karena beberapa fungsi berikut mungkin tidak dapat bekerja di beberapa email).
5	Email info@liftflyingschool.com with a cover letter and attach your enrollment application form with a copy of government-issued ID (biometric page of international passport for international students). Silahkan kirim Email ke info@liftflightacademy.com dengan judul surat dan lampirkan formulir pendaftaran anda beserta copi identitas anda. (KTP atau Passpor bagi pelajar asing).
